At our company, every product is printed just for you according to your specifications of design, size, and color. We don’t hold any stock, which means your items are manufactured only after you place your order.

All orders will have a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the order being shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected
Shipping time:
From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination. Usually you will receive the packages in 10-15 business days (except weekends and holidays)
Total time from the day of purchase: 15-25 business days for both domestic and international.
Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.

Economy
We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. Customers can contact their carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location.
The tracking system shows no updated progress for too long.
We will process a refund if the tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days (for orders within the US) and more than 30 days (for international orders). Please contact: support@interesthk.com

The package was delivered to the incorrect address.
